Look for the claim number on one of your receipts. It will be a 4 digit number in bold at the top of the receipt paper. Enter this number in the first form field. Then enter your last name. The current status of your piece should be available. Adjust the search parameters on the page to reflect what you are looking for. Do not use the invoice number as that is different from your ticket number which is the claim number.
